It also does not pertain to individuals unaffiliated with our employment or oversight. Furthermore, it does not extend to third-party entities under contract for services or products, or those whose websites are interconnected with our primary site.

How does the procedure for issuing refunds to you work?

When you contact Markup Designs with a concern, our initial approach is to provide the optimal solution. We start by addressing your issue with our technical team and, if necessary, seek input from our panel of experts. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases where all other resolution options have been exhausted.

Markup Designs and the client both acknowledge the necessity of effort to complete each module and reach project milestones. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds for work that has already been completed.

When it comes to projects involving custom designs, any payments made by the customer for our services are non-refundable. If additional work is requested beyond the project's initial scope, the customer will incur additional charges. In the event of project cancellation or postponement, Markup Designs will retain any payments received.

In the event that we encounter a chargeback or payment dispute, such as a PayPal Dispute from a bank or credit card entity, your service or project will be immediately terminated. Before re-establishing service, accessing files, or commencing further work, you must satisfy any outstanding balances generated by the chargeback(s) and address the chargeback fee (utilized to recover funds provided by the credit company).

Rather than commencing a chargeback, please reach out to us to address any billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback or filing a PayPal dispute for a legitimate charge from us is neither suitable nor lawful, as it constitutes fraudulent activity. We kindly ask that you carefully review and comprehend our return policy before making a payment.

Once clients grant their consent, Markup Designs initiates collaboration and proceeds with your project. Therefore, any payment made after the confirmation is non-refundable, as we engage in open communication, address inquiries, and commence work only upon client approval. It's important to note that no refunds are provided under any circumstances, and this policy is explicitly communicated.

Our process involves evaluating the legitimacy and reliability of the case against several conditions before initiating reimbursement arrangements. Refunds are granted solely under the following circumstances:

  1. Development and post-sale procedures are yet to be initiated.
  2. The project faces challenges that are unfixable, unmanageable, or irremediable.
  3. There have been no infringements of payment agreements.
  4. You refrained from utilizing any knowledge you obtained during the course of the affiliation for personal or professional advantage, whether for yourself or others.
  5. The strength, fairness, and practical nature of your grounds make you eligible for a refund trial.
  6. Expected to have a strong command of creative UI design and development and an insight into the factors that make an app attractive and habit-forming.
  7. The complete set of documents and supplementary information you've supplied confirm your eligibility for reimbursement.
  8. The claim is distinct from any billing concerns that could have been raised by your bank or another payment processor.

Important Points: Your claim will be void if any of the aforementioned conditions are found to have been breached. Decisions concerning refunds are made definitively and with binding authority.

What Is the Procedure for Refund Processing?

1.Pre-Refund

Refund claims undergo processing, thorough examination, and validation for accuracy.

Employ relevant factors and trustworthy references to locate the response to the question.

Refunds must be initiated as required, and the resolutions may vary from complete to partial, contingent on the circumstances.

2.Post-Refund

Adhere to a proven contract.

In the absence of contrary instructions, eliminate all copies of the provided data and the prompt notifications.

3.Transaction

After the refund agreement is approved, it might require 7–10 business days to complete the money return process.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as your initial payment. If you choose to pay in a different currency, your bank might impose exchange fees, or fluctuations in conversion rates could lead to a variance between the refunded amount and your original payment in your local currency. Any expenses or losses arising from these circumstances will be your sole responsibility.
